Enroll online
This is the fastest and easiest way to enroll. You can open and fund an online account in about 10 minutes. You can submit your initial contribution electronically from your bank account. In order to complete the online application you must have the following information:

• Social Security numbers for yourself, the beneficiary and successor owner (if named)
• Your driver’s license number or state-issued I.D. card number
• The birth date of the beneficiary
• Bank account information with account and routing numbers in order to submit your initial contribution
• A valid email address
