The office of Ohio’s 529 Plan, CollegeAdvantage, will be closed on Monday, Sept. 4, in observance of Labor Day. Our Customer Service Department will also be closed for the holiday. Our Customer Service representatives are available to assist you on regular business days from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET before or after the holiday.
While our office may be closed, you can open an account online over the holiday weekend to start saving for education after high school.
If you are already an Ohio 529 account owner, you can use the READYSAVE 529 app to access your account information, track account growth, and make both one-time and recurring contributions from the bank account on file while our office is closed. You can download the READYSAVE 529 app now from the Apple and Google Play app stores. Once you install the app, select Ohio’s 529 Plan from the list and log in with the same username and password you use to access your account online.
The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) also will be closed Monday, Sept. 4, in observance of Labor Day. Any transaction requested on a holiday, weekend, or after the NYSE closes will be processed on the next business day.
