Dayton Dragon MVP Program folder with old baseball tickets in background and players in the forefront

For 19 years, the Dayton Dragons have offered the Dayton Dragons MVP Program to help teachers in the Miami Valley reward fourth- and fifth-grade students for their success in and out of the classroom. Ohio’s 529 Plan, CollegeAdvantage, is pleased to continue our sponsorship of this program to encourage these young, bright minds.

The Dragons MVP Program uses the power of the Dayton Dragons brand throughout the Miami Valley, including Clark, Greene, Miami, Montgomery, and Warren counties. This educational tool for fourth- and fifth-grade teachers helps motivate and reward students for success in the classroom. Fourth- and fifth-grade teachers at public, private, and parochial schools throughout the Miami Valley will receive Dragons MVP award kits to recognize students whom they have selected from the classroom.

All participating MVP teachers and MVP students can claim tickets to one of the following game dates: April 16, April 17, April 18, April 30, May 1, and May 2. During these MVP nights, participating students can receive their MVP hats and participate in the MVP Zone.
