Ohio 529 CollegeAdvantage is proud to come alongside the Akron RubberDucks in support of their “Most Improved Student” program.
The Most Improved Student’ Program highlights students from local school districts in the Akron area that exemplify academic improvement throughout the course of the year. Teachers shall use their own discretion to determine who shall qualify.
Students nominated by their teachers will receive a flyer which provides information on how parents/guardians may formally nominate their child for the Akron RubberDucks “Most Improved Student.”
Each student nominated will receive one complimentary ticket to an Akron RubberDucks game with the opportunity to purchase additional tickets for family/friends. The game dates to choose from are May 6, 7, 8, 21, or 22.
One lucky student will also be randomly chosen for the $529 college savings award from Ohio’s 529 Plan. This program is open to any school from Northeast Ohio but is focused on the counties that surround Summit County.
