Columbus Fury mascot Lumi stands with 2026 Columbus Fury College Savings Ace, State Educator of the Year, and Educator Night Winners

Ohio 529 CollegeAdvantage partnered with The Columbus Fury to present the College Savings Ace this year. The winner, Aaron Moore, won a $529 college savings award, which he added to his child’s Ohio 529 account. Aaron and his family got to watch the April 26 match against the San Diego Mojo.

Ohio 529 also gave a $529 college savings award to the Ohio Teacher Of The Year Chris Monsour from Columbian High School in the Tiffin City Schools District.

Also, as the April 26 was Educator Night, one teacher who was attending the game was selected to win a $529 college savings award from Ohio 529. Katie Ensell with Hawthorne Elementary School in the Westerville City School District was selected as the winner.
