Since 2023, Ms. Good has provided strategic leadership to OTTA, the state agency responsible for administering Ohio  =529 CollegeAdvantage. In this capacity, she oversaw the implementation of the investment strategy approved by the 11‑member fiduciary OTTA Board and directed the operations of Ohio’s 529 Plan with professionalism and diligence.

Ms. Good shared that, “the decision to retire did not come lightly, and it is very bittersweet for me. I have had a fantastic 30.5-year career at OTTA, and it’s been my privilege to serve our customers beside the OTTA team. I am proud of the work we do and all our accomplishments since the agency’s inception in 1989. It is a team effort, and our successes are a credit to all our employees—both past and present, our Investment Board members, the Ohio Department of Higher Education (ODHE) and the Administration. It’s been an amazing journey, and I look forward, as a customer, to watching what comes next for Ohio 529.”

Ms. Good’s extensive career with OTTA includes service as chief financial officer and chief investment officer from 2010 to 2023. She joined OTTA in 1996 as comptroller and subsequently served as investment officer for 10 years prior to being promoted to CFO/CIO. She also served in the interim Executive Director role in both 2015 and 2023 before assuming the permanent appointment.

Prior to joining OTTA, Ms. Good served for more than two years as assistant fiscal manager at the Ohio Student Aid Commission, contributing to a public‑sector career spanning over 35 years with the State of Ohio.

Earlier in her professional career, she held positions including senior accountant/cash manager at MPW Industries, Inc., as well as roles with a local CPA firm and Central Ohio Savings and Loan.

A graduate of Tiffin University, Ms. Good holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She also holds a Certified Public Accountant license (inactive) in Ohio. A native of Milan, Ohio, she resides near Hebron with her family.

The staff of OTTA extend our sincere appreciation to Trisha for her unwavering leadership, lasting impact, and long‑standing commitment to OTTA, Ohio 529 CollegeAdvantage, and the thousands of account owners who have benefited from her dedication. We are profoundly grateful for all she has given and wish her and her family every happiness in this next chapter.
